The Wireless Modem supplied is the Netcomm NB6Plus4W ADSL2+ modem.

The Standard Modem supplied is the Netcomm NB6 ADSL2+ modem.

1Downloads are counted towards your Peak quota during the hours of 8:00am until midnight and towards your Off-Peak during the hours of midnight until 8:00am (CST/CDT). Your Upload quota is the same as your Peak and Off-Peak quotas and are not restricted to any time period. Once you have reached any of your quotas (Peak, Off-Peak or Upload), your service will be shaped to 128/128kbps until your next billing month.

2AdamBasicChoice 10GB customers will connect at 1500/256kbps speeds. For customers applying for AdamBasicChoice 40GB plans and above, 20000/1024kbps is the maximum possible speed of this service. The speed and quality of service is dependent on environmental factors including distance from the exchange and quality of infrastructure and equipment. Based on a sample of existing customers, the average connection speed obtained is between 6000/384kbps and 8000/1000kbps.

3Costs are payable monthly in advance either by credit card or direct debit. Billing occurs on the anniversary of the activation of your AdamBasicChoice order. For example, if your connection is activated on the 7th of the month, your billing will occur on the 7th of every month thereafter.
