Adam Internet is informing all customers that the CommunityNet Service will be decommissioned from the 31st of May for all new and existing customers. Adam Internet offered this feature as a value add at a time when broadband services had lower data quotas and to promote local gaming and communication applications between friends or family in the same exchange. As data quotas have increased, the user base of the CommunityNet service has been on a steady decline to a point where the current utilisation is so low that it is no longer viable for us to continue this service.
Adam Internet remains focused on providing excellent customer service and great value services to all of our customers. The removal of this service enables us to focus our attention on services that bring greater benefit to all customers in the future.
